A Tai Chi Class
When: Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Time: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Begins October 15 and goes for 10 weeks

Adults interested in improving balance and coordination are invited to learn Tai Chi. Activities involve relaxed breathing exercises, posture improvement and coordinated body movements using Tai Chi forms and Qigong exercises. All this is taught from a Christian background praising God for creating our wonderfully made bodies.

Instructor Chuck Smith has over nine years of teaching Tai Chi from a Christian perspective. His mission is improving balance, energy, and health. He is motivated and passionate about wellness and is certified by the Oregon Health Authority.
